HISTORY
With roots in Michigan, Predmore Holdings was formed in New York City 25 years ago, combining Midwestern values with leading-edge Wall Street methods and technologies. Predmore’s client base of private companies and investors expanded East to Europe and Asia, forming a global network of investors and capital sources, management teams, professional services organizations and cultural institutions.
Predmore opened offices near Detroit in 2019, and today is widely respected for integrity, creative solutions, and presentations of complex financial and business planning strategies to diverse audiences.
We have advised hundred of individuals on financial plans and investment portfolios, and over 50 companies on strategic plans representing over $1 billion in public and private equity and debt placements in the United States, Europe and Asia.
